Career development is a priority to achieve the mission of the LC Region to develop employees. The LC Region provides many career development programs designed to develop employee competencies.  Our programs provide internal training developed and delivered by LC Region experts. We are leading the way in the development and use of video-teleconferencing delivered training, as well as sponsor vendor provided training.

Individual Development Plan (IDP) training is available to assist employees in mapping out and achieving their career goals.

The LC Region Mentor program provides another resource for employees to develop and grow their career.
