Reclamation received 18,145 submissions during the Draft EIS comment period, including 781 unique submissions from the public, tribes, states, federal agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders, over 12,000 form letters, over 5,000 form letters with unique content, and 51 duplicate submissions. Unique submissions are available for review below. All public comments are retained in the project record.
