Folsom Dam Road EIS

On February 28, 2003, Folsom Dam Road was closed indefinitely for national security reasons. This action was necessary to preserve and protect the facility and public safey. This Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will provide decision makers with information associated with Reclamation's long-term decision.
