The Human Resources Office provides personnel management, labor relations, management consulting, and graphic and multimedia services for internal and external customers. The office is the source of local employment opportunities and works to connect people and their skills and talents to Reclamation and provides the managers with policies and guidance to capitalize on these skills and talents. By providing the best possible tools, resources and expertise available, the office provides guidance, direction and leadership in the management of human capital. In addition to these services, the office is also responsible for photographic and audiovisual products, library resources, equal opportunity concerns, and Freedom of Information Act inquiries.
