An electronic version of both the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s April 20, 2020, Biological Opinion on the Effects of the Proposed Interim Klamath Project Operations Plan, effective April 1, 2020, through September 30, 2022, on the Lost River Sucker and the Shortnose Sucker (TAILS # 08EKLA00-2020-F-0059) and the National Marine Fisheries Service’s April 13, 2020, letter stating the Bureau of Reclamation’s 2020 Interim Operations Plan is consistent with their analysis in the Endangered Species Act Section 7(a)(2) Biological Opinion, and Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act Essential Fish Habitat Response for Klamath Project Operations from April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2024, can be provided upon request.
