  Green Montana Facilities Rehabilitation, Powerplant Roof and Roof Parapet Wall Replacement Colorado Big Thompson Project Colorado.
  The work is located at Green Mountain Dam approximately 30 miles southwest of Silverthorne Colorado in Summit County.
  This solicitation will not be posted on the internet. To receive a copy of the solicitation please follow the directions below: A complete specification package is a available upon written request. To obtain a copy of the solicitation package, please fax a request to Hart Black Eagle fax number 406-247-7798. The written request must be on the company letterhead and must identify the solicitation number and title of the project, also must include the company's street address, Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number, and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
  Description of the work: The work include 1) removing and replacing damaged concrete on the parapet walls located at the powerplant: 2) removing and replacing the roofing system on the powerplant roof 3) removing existing ladders and installing new ladders 4) removing an replacing handrails on the powerplant roof parapet 5) installing chain link fabric on the handrail; and 6) removing and replacing electrical conduit and conductors on the powerplant roof parapet. The work will require scheduling construction activities so they are completed within specific time frames. This is a Invitation For Bid (IFB-Sealed Bid).
  The solicitation package is tentatively scheduled to be issued on or around March 6, 2009.
