Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Spend Plans
The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (Infrastructure Law) provides a total of $8.3 billion under Title IX (Western Water Infrastructure) to the Bureau of Reclamation for the programs and activities shown in the table below. Funding is provided as emergency funding and is available for obligation until expended. In FY 2022 and FY 2023 establishing the exact allocation of the initial $1.66 billion by project will take shape over the coming months.
