Public Involvement
The revised draft SEIS was published in the Federal Register on October 27, 2023, and the 45-day public comment period ended on December 11, 2023. Responses to comments on the Revised Draft SEIS are provided with the Final SEIS.
Reclamation held two virtual public meetings to provide information on the revised draft SEIS. Recordings for each meeting and a copy of the meeting presentation are provided below.

Reclamation received 596 submissions during the Revised Draft SEIS comment period, including 86 unique submissions from the public, Tribes, states, federal agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders, 480 form letters, 12 form letters with unique content, and 18 duplicate submissions.
