The purpose of the proposed action is to provide the Navajo Nation a land use plan for the Westwater Community (Westwater) near Blanding, Utah. The land use plan would be used by the Navajo Nation for the future installation of a water supply, sewage disposal, solid waste disposal, bathroom additions, interior plumbing, and power systems for the community. The need for the proposed action is lack of basic water and sewer infrastrucure in this community.
