The Davis and Weber Counties Canal Company has asked the Bureau of Reclamation Provo Area Office to approve its proposal to use Federal funds authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to make improvements to its canal system in Davis County, Utah. This Environmental Assessment, prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and the Council on Environmental Quality and the Department of the Interior regulations implementing NEPA, analyzes and discloses the potential effects of the proposed project to the human environment.
