Carter Creek Diversion Dam is on Carter creek, 7 miles east of Norrie, Colorado. The sluiceway is a 7- by 8.5-foot cast iron radial gate, a 24-inch-diameter concrete pipe bypass, and a 2-foot-square cast iron slide gate. The headworks consists of a 5-foot-square iron slide gate with pedestal and stem hoist.
