Photos of the Proposed Black Rock Damsite
December 2003 and February 2004
February 2004. View of the drill setup on DH-04 at the alternate dam site. Horse Thief Point is in the background.
February 2004. Core Samples from alternate alignment potential dam site.
February 2004. Local television station (KAPP) filming drilling operations.
February 2004. Loading additional steel casing for the day's drilling work. Equipment storage and staging is about 2 miles southeast of the dam on private property. The landowner is also providing well water for drilling and testing. The Rattlesnake Hills are in the back ground.
February 2004. Core sample of foundation bedrock from drill hole DH-04-1 at the alternate dam site.
