Umatilla Basin Water Supply Study Appraisal Report

This final report documents identification and preliminary evaluation of alternatives that could be implemented to help satisfy treaty and reserved water-rights claims of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, while keeping existing Umatilla basin water users whole. In addition, one alternative addresses infrastructure that could be used to deliver water from an enlarged McKay Reservoir for on-reservation use.
