Grand Coulee Dam "Memorable Moments"
May 12, 2009. Family members and friends gathered at a commemoration ceremony for former Reclamation Commissioner John W. Keys at Grand Coulee dam. Commissioner keys died in a plane accident in Utah in May of 2008. To honor his record of Government, the Pump Generation Plant was officially renamed in his honor.
