On Saturday, June 3rd, the C.A.S.T. for Kids Event was held at Horsetooth Reservoir, near Fort Collins, Colorado. This year's turnout was great, with 29 children, 39 on-land volunteers, and 35 boat captains who were all ready for a day on the reservoir.

According to attendees, the weather could not have been better. It was just warm and sunny enough to create ideal fishing conditions, and apparently, the fish agreed. Each participant was able to catch his/her very own fish. In fact, one boat caught more than 30 fish altogether!

One of the participants, Nick Roussos, has been attending the C.A.S.T. for Kids Event at Horsetooth Reservoir for 21 years now. He enjoys it so much, and plans to keep coming back to enjoy this special event.

Thank you to all of the staff, volunteers, and kids who made this year's C.A.S.T. for Kids event at Horsetooth Reservoir such a fun-filled, special day.
