Reclamation to Increase Trinity Releases for Tribal Ceremony

On Sunday, August 28, 2005, at about 2 p.m., the Bureau of Reclamation will begin to increase the releases from Lewiston Dam to the Trinity River from 450 cubic feet per second (cfs) to 1,650 cfs for tribal ceremony purposes. Releases will begin to decrease starting at midnight, August 30, returning to 450 cfs by midnight, August 31, 2005.
