Public Notice: Reclamation announces Central Valley Project Delta Division -- C.W. “Bill” Jones Pumping Plant repayment contract public teleconference negotiation sessions

FRESNO, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation and the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority have scheduled teleconference negotiation sessions for a repayment contract covering costs for extraordinary maintenance work on the C.W. “Bill” Jones Pumping Plant, pursuant to Title IX, Subtitle G of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of March 30, 2009 (P.L. 111-11, 43 U.S.C. § 510).

The negotiations will be conducted only by teleconference. The dates and times of the teleconference negotiations are as follows (call 877-932-2131 and, when prompted, type in participant passcode 4896209#):

Fresno, California
March 23, 9:30 a.m.
March 24, 9:30 a.m.
March 25, 9:30 a.m.

The public is welcome to call in during the teleconference negotiations. The moderator will announce the agenda and the public is free to make comments at the end of the session.
