Lake Berryessa, New Melones Lake visitor centers temporarily closed

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Today, the Bureau of Reclamation suspended public visitation to New Melones Lake and Lake Berryessa visitor centers and administrative offices. Outdoor recreation opportunities including day-use areas, campgrounds, and boat ramps remain open at this time. Reclamation urges visitors to follow Center for Disease Control and Prevention's virus prevention guidance found here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/prevention.html.

The health and safety of the public and our employees is our number one priority. These temporary closures are in support of CDC recommended guidelines.
