Public Notice: Reclamation releases draft American River Division repayment contracts for Central Valley Project contractors

FOLSOM, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation is releasing the American River Division’s draft repayment contracts for a 60-day public comment period. The American River Division contractors include the following: East Bay Municipal Utility District, City of Folsom, Placer County Water Agency, City of Roseville, Sacramento County Utility District, Sacramento Municipal Utility District, and San Juan Water District. 

These draft contracts provide project water service and facilities repayment pursuant to the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (WIIN Act). The WIIN Act directs Reclamation to convert water service and existing repayment contracts for construction cost prepayments upon the contractor’s request.

Written comments must be received by close of business on February 17, 2020, and sent to Georgiana Gregory, Bureau of Reclamation, Central California Area Office, 7794 Folsom Dam Rd., Folsom CA 95630, or faxed to 916-537-7035, or emailed to ggregory@usbr.gov.
