Grazing Land Offered for Lease Near East Park Reservoir

The Bureau of Reclamation is offering for lease one parcel of Federal property for grazing purposes. The property, in the vicinity of East Park Reservoir near Red Bluff, CA, is an unused right-of-way that consists of 1,964 acres.

The lease term will be from November 1, 2005, to April 14, 2006, with an option to extend the lease for four successive 1-year grazing periods. Bids should be mailed to Ms. Sharon Peetz, Bureau of Reclamation, P.O. Box 159, Red Bluff, CA 96080 or delivered to Reclamation's office, 22500 Altube Avenue, Red Bluff. Envelopes containing bid proposals should be plainly marked, "Lease Bid for East Park Reservoir, Tract II, To Be Opened On August 15, 2005." Bids must be received by Reclamation by 10 a.m. on August 15, 2005.
