Reclamation to hold negotiation session with the Sacramento River, Shasta, and Trinity division contractors

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation today announced the first public negotiation session for Sacramento River, Shasta, and Trinity Division contractors as authorized by Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (WIIN Act). The WIIN Act directs Reclamation to convert water service and existing repayment contracts for construction cost prepayments upon the contractor’s request.

This negotiation will occur at the following date, time and place:

Contract comments may be submitted by close of business on Dec. 31, 2019, to reverest@usbr.gov or mailed to Ryan Everest, Bureau of Reclamation, 1140 W. Wood St., Willows, CA 95988. Written and verbal comments may be submitted at the negotiation session.
