County fire restrictions apply to Bureau of Reclamation surface

MILLS, Wyoming--The Bureau of Reclamation reminds the recreating public that they are responsible for complying with the fire restrictions imposed by the counties when participating in recreational activities on Reclamation surface.

Reclamation recognizes and adopts fire restrictions imposed by the counties in which Reclamation surface is located.

Code of Federal Regulations Title 43 CFR 423.31(e) and 18 USC 3571 require the public to comply with all applicable Federal, State and local fire orders, restrictions or permit requirements.
