Reclamation releases draft environmental document for local interim renewal contracts

FOLSOM, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation has released a draft environmental document for public review to issue two-year Central Valley Project Interim Renewal Contracts for the City of Roseville, Sacramento Municipal Utility District, and Sacramento County Water Agency for contract years 2019-2021. Issuing the interim contracts allows continued delivery of Central Valley Project water and provides a temporary bridge between expiring and new long-term water service contracts.
Comments are due by Friday, Nov. 30, 2018. Please email comments to sperrin@usbr.gov. Written comments may also be mailed to Sarah Perrin, Bureau of Reclamation, 7794 Folsom Dam Road, Folsom, CA 95630.
The draft Environmental Assessment was prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and is available at: https://www.usbr.gov/mp/nepa/nepa_project_details.php?Project_ID=35961
