Reclamation temporarily detours traffic on County 16th and Avenue C to accommodate installation of new sewer pipeline

Traffic detour expected to remain in place through October 23, 2018.

Yuma, Ariz. – Reclamation’s Yuma Area Office announced today that Taylor Engineering P.L.L.C, will begin detouring traffic on County 16th and Avenue C starting October 15, 2018 as part of a joint project with the agency to accommodate the installation of a new municipal sewer pipeline.

Reclamation officials anticipate that the traffic detour will remain in effect through October 23, 2018, to accommodate excavation and installation of the new sewer pipeline. All affected roadways are anticipated to be open to traffic by October 24, 2018.
