SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation has released the draft Initial Study and Environmental Assessment for proposed North Drainage Canal Lift Pump Station Project.

The lift station will have a capacity of 120 cubic feet per-second; its operation is anticipated to result in an annual water savings of 4,000 acre-feet, which would be diverted from the Sacramento River to fulfill the local water demand absent the Project.
