Reclamation releases draft O&M contract for C.W. “Bill” Jones Pumping Plant

LOS BANOS, Calif. -The Bureau of Reclamation releases for public review the draft operation and maintenance contract for the C.W. “Bill” Jones Pumping Plant, Unit #6, between the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority and Reclamation.
The draft contract establishes the terms for SLDMWA’s repayment of a Reclamation loan for the replacement of the 30-year-old Unit #6. The draft contract was developed based on public negotiation sessions between SLDMWA and Reclamation on Sep. 27, 2017 and Oct. 17, 2017. The draft contract is available at https://www.usbr.gov/mp/cvpia/index.html.
