Reclamation releases draft environmental documents for Warren Act Agreement for Kings River water conveyance

FRESNO, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation has released for public review the draft Environmental Assessment and draft Finding of No Significant Impact for a proposed five-year Warren Act Agreement with Lindsay-Strathmore Irrigation District for the introduction and conveyance of up to 8,000 acre-feet per year of non-Central Valley Project Kings River water that will be obtained from Corcoran Irrigation District.

The draft EA and draft FONSI were prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, and are available at https://www.usbr.gov/mp/nepa/nepa_project_details.php?Project_ID=30383.
