Reclamation announces negotiations on the contract for repayment for O&M work on Jones Pumping Plant

FRESNO, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation and the San Luis Delta-Mendota Water Authority will conduct a negotiation session for a contract for repayment for the costs of operation and maintenance work on the C.W. “Bill” Jones Pumping Plant, California, pursuant to Title IX, Subtitle G of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of March 30, 2009 (P.L. 111-11, 43 U.S.C. § 510).
The negotiation sessions will be held in:

Wednesday, September 27
Thursday, September 28
9:30 a.m.
