Reclamation announces negotiations for Safety of Dams repayment contract for Boca Dam

RENO, Nev. – The Bureau of Reclamation and Washoe County Water Conservation District will conduct a negotiation session for a repayment contract for the costs of Safety of Dams work on Boca Dam, California. The work was done under the Safety of Dams program and negotiations are conducted pursuant to the Safety of Dams Act of 1978 (P.L. 95-578, 92 Stat. 2471) as amended.
The negotiation session will be held:
Reno, Nevada
Thursday, Sept. 14, 10:00 a.m.
