Reclamation Releases Final Environmental Documents for the Proposed Delta Salinity Stations Refurbishment Project

FRESNO, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation has released the Final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for a project to refurbish the San Andreas and Staten Island salinity stations within the Sacramento–San Joaquin River Delta. Reclamation will replace the salinity stations with better quality materials to withstand deterioration.

The Final EA and FONSI were prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, and are available at http://www.usbr.gov/mp/nepa/nepa_project_details.php?Project_ID=24155.
