Reclamation releases Draft Environmental Assessment for City of Henderson Water Tank Site

Boulder City, Nev. — The Bureau of Reclamation is issuing a Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for public review and comment on a proposal to re-issue a Right of Use contract to the City of Henderson for a water reservoir (tank) site and associated access road on Reclamation land. The site has been used by the City of Henderson since 1986 and has an existing water tank.

The Draft EA is available for public review and comment on Reclamation’s website at: http://www.usbr.gov/lc/region/g2000/envdocs.html at the link titled, “City of Henderson R-10/10A Water Tank Site Draft Environmental Assessment.” Comments must be postmarked by May 24, 2015.
