Reclamation Releases Draft Environmental Documents for Terra Bella Irrigation District Warren Act Agreement

FRESNO, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation has released for public review a Draft Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for the proposed approval of a five-year Warren Act agreement with Terra Bella Irrigation District for the introduction and conveyance of up to 5,000 acre-feet of non-Central Valley Project water per year of Tule River water.

The Draft EA and FONSI were prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, and are available at http://www.usbr.gov/mp/nepa/nepa_project_details.php?Project_ID=21423. If you encounter problems accessing the documents, please call 916-978-5100 or email mppublicaffairs@usbr.gov.
