Reclamation Releases Final Environmental Documents for New Connection to Hollister Conduit for West Hills Water Treatment Plant

FRESNO, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation has released final environmental documents for the authorization of a new connection to the Hollister Conduit as proposed by San Benito County Water District. The connection would allow delivery of San Benito County Water District’s Central Valley Project water to a new municipal Water Treatment Plant that would serve the Hollister urbanized area.

The Final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact were prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, and are available online at http://www.usbr.gov/mp/nepa/nepa_project_details.php?Project_ID=16641.
