Reclamation Releases Draft Environmental Document for East Park Reservoir Recreational Improvements

SHASTA LAKE, Calif.—The Bureau of Reclamation has released the Draft Environmental Assessment for a 15-day public review and comment period for a proposal to enhance recreational activities at East Park Reservoir in Colusa County, California. The proposed action is to build an 18-hole disc golf course on the eastern side and create a landing zone for non-motorized aircraft on the western side of East Park Reservoir.

The Draft EA was prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and is available at http://www.usbr.gov/mp/nepa/nepa_project_details.php?Project_ID=20981.
