Final Environmental Documents Available for Inclusion of Baldocchi Property into Contra Costa Water District’s Service Area

FRESNO, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation has released final environmental documents for inclusion of the Baldocchi Property into the Contra Costa Water District’s Central Valley Project water service area boundary, allowing the Diablo Water District to deliver CVP water to the property.

The property is located in Oakley in Contra Costa County. The property owner is proposing a 24-acre development, which would include up to 100 residential units and a small park.

The Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact were prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and are available at http://www.usbr.gov/mp/nepa/nepa_project_details.php?Project_ID=19804.
