Under the WaterSMART Water and Energy Efficiency Grant Program, Reclamation will provide financial assistance to the District to install SCADA equipment to automate District-wide water operations. Automation of water operations would improve water use efficiencies within the District, resulting in substantial energy and water savings. The proposed SCADA project is located in Colusa and Yolo counties, California.
