Reclamation Announces Public Meeting on Draft Resources Management Plan and Draft Environmental Documents for the Contra Loma Reservoir and Recreation Area

FRESNO, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation has made available for public review and comment a plan to establish uniform policy and land management guidelines for the Contra Loma Reservoir and Recreation Area, along with the environmental documents that assess the plan.

The Draft Resource Management Plan promotes an organized use, development, and management of the Contra Loma Reservoir and the surrounding recreational area lands. 

A public meeting to receive comments on the Draft RMP and Draft Environmental Impact Statement will be held in Antioch on Monday, May 19, 2014, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at the Prewett Family Park and Community Center, 4801 Lone Tree Way.
