Final Environmental Documents Available for Land Use Authorization and License Amendment for PG&E’s Proposed Gas Pipeline Installation and Bayview Station Expansion Project

FRESNO, Calif. ­-- The Bureau of Reclamation has released final environmental documents for the proposed 50-year land use authorization to Pacific Gas & Electric for the installation, operation, and maintenance of a new 12-inch gas pipeline next to an existing 6-inch pipeline.

The environmental documents also assess an amendment of PG&E’s existing perpetual license (No. 2202-03-0187) for the expansion of the existing Bayview Station. The action area is located near the San Luis (Volta) Wasteway in Merced County, Calif.
