Reclamation Releases Final Environmental Documents for the City of Tracy’s Interim Renewal Contract

FRESNO, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation today released final environmental documents for proposed execution of an Interim Renewal Contract with the City of Tracy.

Interim renewal contracts are undertaken under the authority of the Central Valley Project Improvement Act to provide a bridge between the expiration of original long-term water service contracts and long-term renewal of those contracts. 

The Final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact were prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, and are available online at http://www.usbr.gov/mp/nepa/nepa_project_details.php?Project_ID=15301.  If you encounter problems accessing the documents online, please call 916-978-5100 or email mppublicaffairs@usbr.gov.
