Reclamation Continues Negotiations with the City of Tracy for Renewal of its Long-Term Central Valley Project Water Service Contract and Interim Renewal Contract

FRESNO, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation is continuing negotiations with the city of Tracy to negotiate terms and conditions for long-term renewal of its water service contract for water from the Central Valley Project. Following the 9 a.m. session, time permitting, Reclamation will enter into discussions with the city to negotiate terms and conditions for an interim renewal of its water service contract.

The city of Tracy has an existing water supply contracts that provides for the delivery of water from the Delta-Mendota Canal, a feature of the Central Valley Project. The negotiation session will be held:

The public is welcome to attend and will have the opportunity to comment.
