Reclamation Releases Draft Environmental Documents for Temporary Water Transfers from Bella Vista Water District to Glide and Colusa County Water Districts

SHASTA LAKE, Calif. -- The Bureau of Reclamation today released draft environmental documents regarding the temporary transfer of up to 8,000 acre-feet of Central Valley Project water from Bella Vista Water District to the Glide and Colusa County water districts, which are served by the Tehama-Colusa Canal, from August through October 2013.

The Draft Environmental Assessment and Draft Finding of No Significant Impact were prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and are available online at http://www.usbr.gov/mp/nepa/nepa_project_details.php?Project_ID=14501.
