Reclamation Releases Environmental Documents for the New Melones Lake Area Storage Facility

SONORA, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation has released environmental documents for the New Melones Lake area storage facility. The new building will provide secure storage space for various equipment and property and will be built near Reclamation’s maintenance yard, administration building and visitor center and museum in Tuolumne County, Calif.

The Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact were prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and are available at http://www.usbr.gov/mp/nepa/nepa_project_details.php?Project_ID=14021.
