Reclamation Continues Negotiations with the Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency for a Sacramento River Settlement Contract

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation is continuing negotiations with the Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency for a Sacramento River Settlement Contract resulting from the sale of
10,000 acre-feet of Conaway Preservation Group, LLC’s claim to the natural flow of the Sacramento River to the Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency.
 
The negotiation session is scheduled as follows:

The public is welcome to attend the negotiation and will have the opportunity to provide comments to Reclamation regarding this contracting action. Participation instructions will be available at the session.  A draft of the proposed contract will also be available at the session.
