Draft Environmental Documents Available for the Reclamation District 773 Reuse License

FRESNO, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation today released for public review a Draft Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for the proposed issuance of a license to allow Reclamation District 773 the use of dredged debris to reinforce the levee on the Fabian Bell Canal.

The proposed action would allow Reclamation District 773 to remove dredged debris from Reclamation property over a 10-year period that would not exceed 15,000 cubic yards of material annually to a maximum of 30,000 cubic yards over the period the license is in effect.
