SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation has released the draft environmental documents for approval of annual transfers of up to 20,500 acre-feet of Central Valley Project (CVP) water from the Central California Irrigation District to the San Luis, Panoche, Del Puerto and Westlands Water Districts and up to 5,000 acre-feet of CVP water from the Firebaugh Canal Water District to the San Luis Water District or Westlands Water District.
