Reclamation Announces Two-Year Interim Renewal CVP Water Service Contracts Available For Public Review and Comment

The Bureau of Reclamation, Delta Division, and San Luis Unit Central Valley Project contractors intend to execute two-year interim renewal contracts effective March 1, 2012. The existing contracts expire on February 29, 2012. This action is dependent upon the finalization of the National Environmental Policy Act documentation and Endangered Species Act compliance.

The Central Valley Project contractors affected by the renewal of interim contracts are the City of Tracy; the Pajaro Valley Water Management Agency, the Santa Clara Valley Water District and the Westlands Water District.
