Public Scoping Report Released on CVP Municipal and Industrial Water Shortage Policy

The Bureau of Reclamation has made available the Central Valley Project (CVP) Municipal & Industrial (M&I) Water Shortage Policy (WSP) Scoping Report (Report). The Report was completed in compliance with the requirements set forth under the National Environmental Policy Act.

Reclamation conducted public scoping meetings March 21-24, 2011, in Sacramento, Willows, Fresno and Oakland, California. The Report summarizes each scoping meeting and includes public comments received on the scope of the Environmental Impact Statement. The Report is available on Reclamation's website at www.usbr.gov/mp/cvp/mandi. The M&I WSP website will be updated as new information is made available.
