BILLINGS, MONT. -- Tiber Reservoir reached a peak elevation of 3011.42 feet on July 19. To control the rate at which storage is evacuated from the exclusive flood pool in Lake Elwell and continue to assist the Corps of Engineers with flood operations on the Missouri River mainstem, releases from Tiber Dam to the Marias River will be increased from the current rate of approximately 2,500 cubic feet per second (cfs) to approximately 2,750 cfs on Monday, July 25.

River recreationists and downstream irrigation pumpers are encouraged to watch for additional announcements as further increases are likely in the coming weeks.
