Bureau of Reclamation issues Finding of No Significant Impact on proposed Fish Barrier in Redfield Canyon

The Bureau of Reclamation has issued a FONSI on a proposal to construct a fish barrier in a remote section of Redfield Canyon, Graham County, Arizona. The site of the proposed fish barrier is 32 miles north of Benson, Arizona.

The fish barrier is intended to protect populations of endangered Gila chub, threatened loach minnow, and threatened spikedace that occupy portions of the Redfield Canyon drainage.
