Reclamation Releases Environmental Documents for San Justo Reservoir Access Road Repair Project

The Bureau of Reclamation has released for public review the Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) and Draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the San Justo Reservoir Access Road Repair Project (Project).  The Project would repair the paved road serving the San Justo Reservoir community and maintain access to the dam and reservoir.

The Draft EA/FONSI were prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and are online.  If you encounter problems accessing the documents, please call 916-978-5100 or e-mail mpPublicAffairs@usbr.gov.

Written comments on the Draft EA/FONSI are due by Friday, June 18, 2010, and should be sent to Ned Gruenhagen, Bureau of Reclamation, 1243 N Street, Fresno, CA 93721.  Comments may also be faxed to Gruenhagen at 559-487-5397, or e-mailed to ngruenhagen@usbr.gov.  For additional information or to request a copy of the Draft EA/FONSI, please contact Gruenhagen at 559-487-5227 (TTY 800-735-2929).  Copies of the Draft EA/FONSI may also be viewed at Reclamation's Fresno office at the above address.
